Players can also practice their pitching and putting techniques or work on their long game by having a whack at the driving range. A traditional triple click interface is used to execute each shot, and two commentators will call the action as you progress through the links: choose legendary announcer Peter Allis, Fox Sports Net’s John Walls, or have both analyzing your game. Each golfer is composed of polygons and can wear nine different clothing styles as well as two optional hats. Players can also edit each golfer’s name, skin tone, clubs and skill level, but there is not an option for female golfers. Other features include adjustable weather (wet, damp or dry), wind (calm, windy, or breezy) and multiple camera angles. Statistics can be saved to memory card in 19 categories such as career winnings, number of pro wins, longest drive and best score.
