Caesars Palace II features 19 gambling favorites in one of the most world-renowned Las Vegas casinos and resorts. In addition to the standard blackjack and roulette games, there is a variety of new slot machines and poker challenges in this 1998 update of Caesars Palace. Each machine has been modeled after their real-life counterparts and include Gridiron, 4th of July, Pirate’s Gold, King’s Ransom, Classic Progressive, and Classic Bars. Additionally, there are now Hold ‘Em and Stud challenges located in the poker lounge. Much like the original, players create their on-screen persona and enter the casino. From the lobby, you can borrow money from the cashier or progress to higher table limits. Money is only borrowed unless you have insufficient funds to gamble — less than one hundred dollars. Because your character is a gambling newbie, the higher-up tables are only available once a certain dollar amount is met. Each gaming lounge can be accessed through the lobby. Unlike Caesars Palace, some games are broken down into different rules and games. The rules, payoff amounts, and odds have been carefully calculated and authenticated by Vegas statistician William Bertram, Ph.D. Players unfamiliar with the new rulings and game options can refer to the included Caesars Palace Guide to Gaming, officially endorsed by the casino. Caesars Palace II supports up to four players and a PlayStation compatible mouse for easier navigation. Additionally, your winnings can be saved to a Memory Card. It will also save player statistics, which are calculated throughout the duration of gameplay. The statistics include how much you’ve won and lost, success ratios for each game, etc. Features: – Play 19 casino games including video poker, roulette, and slots – Up to four players can play at once – Learn new strategies and gain tips from the included guide Manufacturer’s description: The gambling game that delivers 19 games of chance in a realistic casino simulation!
