As well as bursting to life in cinemas, the Cat’s peculiar brand of adventures are also heading to PS2 courtesy of Vivendi Universal Games, giving younger players and Dr. Seuss fans everywhere the chance to explore the off beat world of the book and film, and interact with characters such as Thing 1, Thing 2 and the Fish. The game follows the plot of the film, in which a young lad named Conrad is tricked by his neighbour into opening the Cat’s big red box of magic. To help him in his quest, the Cat has a range of whacky abilities at his disposal, including the Umbrella Glide, the Hat-Shield Bounce and the Bubble Goo Gadget.
